I have been trying to improve my diet to get more potassium since I realized I wasn’t even getting half of the daily requirement. No wonder I was having a lot of leg cramps. Anyway, I am learning about super foods and beets is one of them.
The only vegetable I thought was filling was the potato which is also a super food. Beets are filling, too! That was a surprise.
Any way, between drinking more water and eating foods loaded with potassium I have not had a leg cramp in a long time!
